I've finished my Pin-up/Julie Newmar inspired Catwoman costume.  I'll probably be late too.

I just found the times are 8pm-1am for Friday and Saturday, but I still would like to know what time we can set up.  What happens if we're late (I have work until 9pm that day).  Thank you for your help! :)

Hello!  What time is check in & setting up for the Swap Meet on Friday?  And at what time will it start?  I'll ask for Thursday as well in case anyone needs to know.

I've already posted that I was Yuki in the black and blue gothic lolita dress she wears in "Still Doll" (the ending of the first season).  Does anyone have pictures from the gathering?  please?

Friday: Yuna Gunner from Final Fantasy X-2 with a Tidus Plushie.  I also went to the gathering.

Saturday: Haku from Naruto (with a mask) also at the gathering.  Then back to Yuna Gunner.

Sunday: Wa Lolita (kimono-lolita) to the Lolita picnic.  Yuki Cross in her black and blue lolita dress from Still Doll (the ending of the first season).

I may show up as Ran Mao... if i get the costume finished in time! 

Okay I remember one, It was during the Black and White Ball and Daryll of of the Emcees from the Masquerade noticed I wasn't really dancing with anyone and grapped me and a few other guys and led us to the row of girls sitting without partners and tolds us to have at it. It was quite awkward let me tell you, but soon after I danced with a girl named Stephanie (My god I hope that was her name I am the worst when it comes to names but I think she knows that...I hope) He saw with when we where dancing and gave me a thumbs up But it was weird to begin with Daryll is VERY nice by the way.

That wouldn't have happened to dance with me, by any chance?  :P  Since my name is Stefani... It's Josh, but i call you Ron?

If you're going up to the room often, i recommend either the Marriott or the Hilton.  Marriott is closer to the Game rooms/ panels/ karaoke rooms and the Hilton is more proximate to the Dealers Room.  If you're doing cosplay, i recommend the Marriott for 2 reasons: the fountains where most of the gatherings are held are Right Outside!  It also helps if you're doing several costume changes during the day ^_^

Just a note though, we signed up for a 2-bed room in December, but since rooms were 1st come, 1st serve, we got 1 king-size bed (fits 3 people easily).  We then got a cot in which 2 people slept in, and it ended up cheaper.  But just be aware that rooms are assigned by when you get there, not when you signed up for the rooms. which i makes sense in case people don't show up for their rooms
