Ok you may think this is a stupid question that should be asked some where else, but I'm not exactly sure where, so I posted here.

I'm new and stuff, and have absolutely no idea were the cosplays or cons are held. My parents told me I could go, if I found out two things: Were they where and how much they cost if I had to pay.
If you can answer these questions...I'd be really happy~! Thanks in advance.

A pre-shippuden episoide of Naruto.

If I do attend next year (first time  :P), I thinking of going as Tenten, pre-shippuden, or maybe Ino, shippuden version. I'm betting on Tenten, so I won't have to color my hair. But who knows? I might not even be able to go  :-\, still working on their outfits though (I think they serve to purposes: cosplays, Halloween lol)
