I love these kind of games/panels so I might be down to help out with this. I haven't really been a part of any panels before either though so I'm not sure how much help I would be in that respect.

The first character is from Reborn, and the second is a character from Metal Gear Solid: Peacewalker. I know they don't look too much like any current military outfits I know, but they at least share some similarities so I thought it would be better safe than sorry. Just in case they're stricter than expected. xD

Hopefully this is the right place for this.
Since the rules say "No costumes may be realistic depictions of American Law Enforcement or current American Military uniforms, or have the words POLICE, POLICIA, SWAT, FBI, DEA, CIA or any other official Government Agency names or initials on them", I wanted to check on if two of the costumes I was hoping to go with for this Fanime would still be viable since I'm not sure how strict these rules are. (The second one seems less reasonable, but I'm hoping that I can at least do the first one, and either way it'd be worth checking out to be sure)

Yay! This is actually happening! I haven't even begun to try figuring out what I'm doing at Fanime yet, but if at all possible I'd love to participate in this, cosplaying Beat if I finish him. (Yup, still not finished...I'm so lazy. =_=)

haha, this was fun! I ended up cosplaying Rhyme a few more days than I'd planned it. Then my Beat and I went pin shopping, and I pinned my legs (since I was wearing tights) It was amusing. =]
I only wish I could've talked more with the other Rhyme and Beat we met!! They were awesome!
And the taboo Sho (Hellangel)! O_O SOOO EPIC! That pretty much made my weekend!

I really wish we could've made it to the gathering but it was just way to busy that morning, it would've been awesome to talk to you guys again. >.<
I'm planning on trying to finish my Beat cosplay within the first few weeks of summer, so next con I can make it too I'll definitely wear it!

I think it just got kind of hectic this year, and like, when walking through the hallway with he hug line I was purposely ignoring them because I didn't exactly want a hug but they just kept asking and kind of getting in my face or calling names because you either denied or ignored them. If it was more under control I think it would've been alright, but how it was this year was pretty freaking annoying. The people who walk around with signs seem fine to me though because they aren't pestering you or anything, and also if someone just comes up to you and politely asks to hug you because of your cosplay or something too then that's also fine by me as long as permission is given and they aren't too persistent about it.

I don't have AIM either...I'm not entirely sure but does it work to add someone from AIM on MSN messenger? I know it works with some things...I guess I'll give it a try...if it doesn't work I might give AIM a try.
