Well since I can't go to fanime and I can't get a refund, can you still mail me my badge to my house like when it's over?

Registration / I pre-reg for fanime

I sent a check for fanime pre-reg about 2-3 weeks ago, but it still said that no payments have been made....is there a problem with this or do I have to wait another week for it to show up?
