if you're making it out of cardboard, and its going to look obviously very fake, I don't think they will make you keep it sheathed. You'll just have to get the zip-tie on it like any other prop that needs to be peace bonded.

I'm thinking about cosplaying Aladdin, and I have a bunch of friends planning for Magi - there should be quite a few Magi cosplayers.

Does anyone have ideas for Photoshoot pairing/groups? can we get a list going?

Definitely an Eastern Army VS Western Army shot would be cool. Rivalry pairs (Date/Yukimura, Ieyasu/Mitsunari etc)...and one big group shot is a given of  course =)

I agree with armor taking a LONG time to put on! (If Chosokabe at Otakon was any indication.)

Considering how much time it takes to dress people, before noon may not be a good idea. Sometimes armor takes a lot of time to put on and getting to the gathering area takes time too, considering photographers and maneuvering with large props.

^seconding this. I think a time closer to noon or maybe 1pm would be better.

As for a game, I think that could be fun but I think it really depends on how mobile everyone is (with armor on and such)
