Gaming / Mabinogi-oh! ♪
« on: May 15, 2009, 03:05:13 PM »
It's as simple as the title. C:
Do you play Mabinogi?
I've found myself thoroughly addicted to it for the past few months,
and I just can't get enough. o.o Especially with Pioneers of Iria out~!
Elves. Elves. Elves! And I use the Giant title for my human.

What server are you on?
What's your main skills?
Want to be friends? Share your username~
What lvl are you?
What's your alliance?
Do you wanna give me rare items? C: Probably not.

[Elf] Archery (that's my main focus, for now)
[Human1] Melee, Icebolt, Healing
[Human2] Melee

[Elf] Cherienne
[Human1] is no longer in use. ): Retired.
[Human2] Ghostbee

[Cherie] 27 :: Total: 27 xD
[Human1] was 23 :: Total: 129
[Ghost] 3 xD She was just born~

My alliance was with Elves to get a store discount. +.+
But my original alliance was with Giants, so I could have the title for strength. u.u

Mmm. Nexon. C:

Things in the Universe / sunshine to rain.
« on: October 04, 2008, 05:55:11 AM »
Has it started raining in your area yet?
I know it's getting to be that time of year, but I was pretty surprised with how hard it was raining here in Fremont.
It's just been so hot for such a long while, it feels like forever since I've seen the rain.
I'm a bit thankful since I like cold weather, but I'll sure miss the sun.

Gaming / [tales of] VESPERIA.
« on: September 30, 2008, 09:04:37 PM »
This is actually an inquiring thread.
Has anyone here played it?
(It's for the Xbox 360, if anyone asks.)

I wanted to get some honest opinions about the game.
Did you like it? Was it fun?
Or is it basically like a majority of the 'Tales' games?

One of my favorite parts of 'Tales' games is the battle system.
How awesome are the characters?
Is the storyline pretty much the same as most RPG-love-love-kiss games?

I've recently been playing Radiant Mythology for the PSP (Tales of the World).
It's mostly because of this game that I'm so interested in a lot of the 'Tales' games now.
I am considering getting Vesperia, and just the artwork & screenshots has me ready to get it.

I'll get it despite anyone's opinion, but what are some of the things you like/dislike about this game?

Things in the Universe / memories.
« on: September 25, 2008, 03:21:22 PM »
We're talking happy memories.
Memories that you reflect on with a smile.
Memories that make you laugh. Memories that make you tear up.
Memories that are unforgettable.

Perhaps it was just at Fanime last year.
Maybe it was when you confessed to your crush you liked them, and they shared the same feelings.
Could it be when a friend did something dumb, and you both laughed until your sides hurt?
Or maybe it was the memories of a lost loved one, and the times you spent with them are untouchable.

Something timeless. Something you can't imagine yourself being without.

- My fondest and most favorite memories are of my late Grandma Anna. I was too young and dumb to truly appreciate her, but when I reflect on everything she did for me as a child, she's my hero. I remember the simple things; like sitting on her lap while she cut our nails since we were only kids and weren't gonna do it ourselves. She'd use these scissor-like cutting things and told me, "Don't worry. I'm not going to cut you." but I kept whimpering and saying she was going to hurt me.

Christmas is a time of year I remember most. She'd make these badass cookies that were to die for, but we wouldn't be allowed to have any until after dinner. I remember the brightly lit Christmas tree next to the large clock that went off every hour, and a wooden piano across from that. We were always so desperate to open our presents, but she'd tell us, "When we eat, we eat. When we play, we play."

I have too many memories to list, but even the simple thought and typing this now, I'm already tearing up.
And despite having to lose her as early as I did and to such a cruel disease as cancer, I appreciate and adore her legacy. There's no room for sorrow. Only healing and happy memories.

Incredible Stuff I can Make / Hrm. Art!
« on: September 25, 2008, 04:10:11 AM »
I'm a bit nervous about this because I haven't really 'showed off' any of my art before.
At least, not to anyone here.

I'm a bit of a newbie to this whole graphically colouring thing.
So most my stuff is traditional (terribly traditional - I can't color to save my life).
