Big Event Showcase / Re: Your First Masquerade
« on: February 21, 2015, 08:38:41 PM »
Hi I have a few questions:

- Can we perform using store bought costumes in any of the performances?
- How long can a skit be?
- How can we adjust the lighting?
- Where and how do we submit our music/audio and our skit?
- Are there any rehearsal times?
- Can we hook up a keyboard to a speaker to be able to use on stage?

Do your clothes have to be black and white? The description on the event doesn't really say it. Does dark navy blue count?

On a scale of 1-10 on how hyped I am.

Can you give a brief overview on how it works? Just in case I can't make it to the workshop.

My friend wanted to bring her 2 year old cousin with her and I was just wondering if there were any fees for children that young.

There is definitely nothing better than taking a nice warm shower when you're close to passing out right after a 20 hr. day at fanime  ;D...

If anyone has already said it well i didn't know, but Iguanas is definitely a nice place to go with a bunch of friends and get the 5 lb. burrito to split. It's a few blocks from the con center

General Convention Discussion / Re: SLeeping schedule?

definitely recommend some sleep, because i stayed up until me and my friends passed out from partying lol. We eventually woke up but we also eventually realized that we missed a lot of events like the rock paper scissors contest  :'( . Manage your time GET SOME SLEEP so you don't miss anything either!

well, i've only been there once but the atmosphere feels like home because i rarely see such things like a convention and do I rarely spend days at one partying with people similar to myself. Fasho......

craziest thing at fanime is just being there for those 3 whole days right after getting out for summer.....nirvana, for lack of a better word....
