Meetings, Gatherings, and Get Togethers / Re: Halloween?
« on: September 02, 2008, 02:34:38 PM »
I know that Eurobeat King from Cosplay.com always organizes a cosplay gathering at the Winchester Mystery House every Halloween
this...probably

Dittos. I'll probably be dressed in my Pirate costume that I am using for the Ren Faire, if I can't come up with anything else.

Things in the Universe / Re: American Cowboy Bebop Movie Announced
« on: July 31, 2008, 02:52:20 PM »
What in  the Sweet name of Kami Dx They Ruined Speed Racer and now maybe might butcher AKIRA and now my beloved Cowboy Bebop Dxxxxxxx *Dies* If it was coming from Japan I wouldnt mind but America? Its going to be bad T^T If it isnt then Wow I am surperised O_O but time will tell ¬____¬;;;;.
how does this matter? So what if its a US adaptation! its going to be a bit better than a JP version to be honest, America spends a crapload of money on special effects and flim and well it just depends on who directs it how they vision it, sure the brothers did an okay thing with speed racer but its because they did the whole matrix epic trilogy that of course another movie could possibly not pull up to par like that imo.
At least give it a chance, so far no JP movie has yet impressed me

AKIRA im looking forward to because well have you seen live action deathnote or other japanese made live actions of anime like saikano? Its kinda crappy well cgi wise. TBH a US rendition of deathnote could be better because :U duhh the US does so much better in the horror genre and not to mention like I said CRAP LOAD OF MONEY, The Ring scared me more than ringu, Ringu was more like a Joke to me :U

:U weeaboo

Thank you Kazuko, I can't quite agree with you more. Although, lest we forget.

Everyone forgets The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor on August 1st.

Brendan Fraser and Jet Li on the screen at the same time...seriously who cares if the movie is good...I'm just excited to see two of my all time favorite movie stars in the same film!

Between this and Dark Knight...no summer movie season will ever be this good again! ;D

And still nobody mentions the OTHER BRENDEN FRASER movie coming out on July 11'th...

JOURNEY TO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH 3-D

I've been waiting for this one :3

I used to play AD&D (2'nd Edition, suckas). When I saw that they got rid of my beloved THAC0, I was devastated and only played one game of D&D3.5 thereafter.

I would like to try out 4.0 though, but so far I've been hearing nothing but heavily mixed reviews.

Further Confusion is in January.

I reccomend it highly if you are over 21, just look for the Klingons on any given night.

i like how people are in the habit of making threads about posts on digg. =P

digg.com, people. your source for everything crazy news.

Psh, not everyone wants to go there. On top of that, I just happened to catch that on Yahoo.

I saw it on Yahoo.

I heard it on Coast to Coast AM.

AK-47

Terrorists Win.
I bought one of those as well. It was the one that cost $25.00 right, with the discount BBs?

Nope. I bought the one that cost $80 and fires in full auto mode with a Gen-1 (METAL :D) gearbox.
OOOHHH Fancy, but don't you have to change out the CO2 canisters?

Electric. It uses a battery. :3

Suck that Trebek. It's not as nice as my TM MP5, but it'll get there one day.

I'm a Pastafarian. I worship the Flying Spaghetti Monster. His noodly goodness loves all his children, especially the shorter ones, as they have been touched by his al dente tendrils, thus resulting in their lesser height. They truly are the blessed ones. But the truly high pinnacle of Unintelligent Design and the high holy figures in the beliefs of us Pastafarians is that Pirates are his chosen people.

Another reason why Pirates are better than Ninjas.

His High Noodle, Loves his pirates.

Yea, the Con-Cold thing has been happening to me for several years now. I just attribute it to exhaustion.

I'm a Drug Dealer.
I make people happy for a few moments in their measly insignificant useless lives.

Aside from Capt.Mudkip
But we'll save that for another time.

I don;t know... The lanyard seemed kinda flimsy to me... Mine actually started coming unsewn, that kinda sucked.

I kinda like the art on the badges though. Well... mostly because the blonde guy seems to look alot like me... Hopefully entirely by coincidence.

You know, if we carpool in 1-2 vehicles, it might be feasible.

let's see what's going on and I'll plan around that.

I'll show up for a Sunday, maybe even Saturday, should I have it off. Depends though.
