Welcome to the Fanime 2019 Tokusastu gathering page.

I am the leader of this gathering and hope you guys will have loads of fun when Fanime comes around.

What's Tokusatsu?
It means in general Japanese shows with special effects.  Mostly this is done with kids shows.

What shows/movies that are considered Tokusatsu?
Mostly Super Sentai (Power Rangers) and Kamen Rider shows are considered Tokusatsu shows.  There have been rare appearances of other shows or movies like Godzilla.

Can anyone join in on the gathering?
Yes anyone can join in.  The more the merrier.

Can I be in cosplay?
You do not have to.

Is there a facebook page to invite some of my friends into this event?

 When and where is it going to be?
It will be held on Saturday 11 am at G5 aka the monument outside the convention center.

Tokusatsu 2019 Gathering

Welcome to the Tokusastu gathering page.  I am the leader of this gathering and hope you guys will have loads of fun when Fanime comes around.

What's Tokusatsu?

For those that has been watching kyuranger, they have changed the dance.  So does anyone want to the edited version or original version?  The original version has the pelvic thrusting while the edited version does not.

Does anyone have a big wireless speaker?  I wanted to play some music for the gathering, including the ending dance for kyuragner.  Let me know so that I can at least get this done.

Anybody here got any music ideas as to what dance we should do after the gathering?  I know we can do the ending of Kyuuranger dance, but I was thinking of spicing something up.  Any Ideas?

Alright everyone, I just got the news that our gathering is a go. So we are meeting at the Central Monument (G7) at 11 am. So riders and rangers, lets make this gathering a great one.

OK I got some good news and bad news.  Bad news is we didn't get the grass stairs area for the gathering.  Good news is that we got the central monument in front of the gathering area.  More news to be updated as soon as the con comes closer.

I am will cosplay Kiriya from Ex-aid. Is anyone else going to cosplay from Ex-aid?
