So my computer is going really slow and I can't sift through the pages at a decent enough speed to find my original post, but I'm guessing by the question marks near my name on the first post that I was like "either this or this" but I can say for sure now to put me down for Ishida Uryuu.

x.x Woa, sorry for not replying sooner.

Yeah, it's probably too short notice to make any difference by now, but for future reference (we're going to be having many more of these in the future), iti s called a Cosplay Tea, but there's a lot more to it than just that. We provide lunch and dinner as well, and there are games, contests, raffles, karaoke, and a Masquerade. It's more of a (very) mini-con than an actual tea.

Next one will probably be either November or December, FYI. We intend to do 3 a year (April, August, November/December). So, if you can't make this one, then perhaps one in the future For those of you who ARE attending, please contact us somehow after the Tea is over---we'd love feedback! Since we intend to host more of these in the future, we would love to know what people like and what they think could be improved.

I will most definately be there! Not entirely sure who as just yet...Nanao is a no-go, cuz the wind made me sad for my petals this year...and I don't even know if I'm going to have Luppi by then, he's not a huge priority. So I'll either be Yoruichi Shihouin or Uryu Ishida...^^;;

Hello! I am posting this on behalf of Okage-Sama De~ Productions! We are going to be holding what we call our "cosplay tea" in just a few weeks!

When: August 2, 2008

Time: 12:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M.

Where: 2499 Homestead Rd., Santa Clara, Ca 95050

Cost: $7.00

ALL COSPLAYS ARE WELCOME! The staff members will be doing bleach so that we all match, but there is no specific anime theme. So come in cosplay and bring friends! Email us at Okage_Sama_De@hotmail.com or tell us on youtube (youtube.com/user/okagesamadepro) or myspace (myspace.com/okagesamadepro)

This is a fun little event put together by the members of Okage-Sama De~ Productions, and we would be very happy to see you all there! We're aiming for a minimum of 50 attendees, and we are already in the 30's! There will be games, a raffle, karaoke, cake-decorating contest, food, and a masquerade. Also, OSDP's members, and possibly even some of the attendees, will be selling artwork, and Anime 101 will be there as a vendor. We will probably be putting up more info in the near future, so be sure to keep checking our youtube and our website (okagesamadepro.weebly.com) so you don't miss any info!

Hehe, wow, already posting for 2009!! Let's see, I know OSDP is planning on Bleach and YuGiOh for next year, so I will probably be Ishida and Mai....I personally want us to do our Saiyuki costumes (can't wait to be Sanzo!!) but I don't know if that will happen. We will definately be Naruto again, although who is being what and which versions of the characters, I can't say. I do know I want to finish my Curse Seal wings since I wasn't able to make them this year....Oh, and OSDP is also working on its FMA cosplays this summer, so we may wear those, too. I'm being Psiren and maaaaybe Sloth, so we'll see how it all goes. And of course, I want us to have our Thriller Bark and/or Unlimited ADventure costumes done for One Piece....


This is gonna be a busy year XD

I kind of hate to say this, but.....that Death Note gathering we threw together at the last minute (literally just walked around and grabbed as many DN cosplayers we could find) last year was more eventful than this one....Then again, it's hard to beat the Death Note Wars XD

I had an absolute blast (with the exception of the hotel losing our room and my sitar breaking T.T), but this year really wasn't as great as I had hoped it would be. The gatherings that I went to were rather uneventful, except the Naruto one. And the masquerade was.....well, awful compared to last year. There were a lot less good cosplays his year too, it looked like there were a TON of people that didn't even feel like putting real effort into anything...
