I just started watching this on Sunday and just finished episode 6. This is one of the creepiest series I've seen.  There were a few "Hh SH**" moments where I really said "Oh Sh**!" out loud. The cute but creepy character design really works well with adding to the wrongness. Anyways, anyone else watching this series?  I've queued up to the latest episode last night, hopefully i'll have it downloaded when I get home.

I have seen up to the current episode. For me, this series, along with Haruhi deserve best series award for the summer season of 2006. It is really one messed up series, and even more messed up than elfen lied and that's saying something. I love the music, the opening theme, the characters, no matter how messed up their motivations are and the fact that each arc begins on a lighter note before heading into hell.

<---and i like her the best hehehe :D

***************First off semi Spoiler warning**************
Skip here if you don't want anything revealed, even though I'm not revealing much.

Ryu, without revealing the plot at all, is it explained why it suddenly resets (time line wise) after the first story?  Or is it just suppose to be like another  possible story with the same characters?

it's not really a spoiler, just the formation of the series. The series has "sets" of arcs with same characters and settings, but the plot, victims and the mastermind under the acts are all different by arc. They do all the questioning of all the stories in the beginning. So you wont know the juicy details till the end. :)

I love this series, yes it's one helluva creepy series with cute characters flipping out getting real nutty. And when it all comes together at the end, your mind is blown. I love it.

Ok, I think I understand now. Each is a story arc. What they are doing is showing half of the story arc then moving to the next story arc. After they've shown all 4 arcs they'll show the second half of the arc for each one. Pretty good, because the first two story arcs left me going WTF??

KyraEnsui

I have seen only two episodes and I already say it was messed up. Wow... I don't know if I can handle it for more. XD I'll try watching it again.

I want to watch this show so bad, but I have to finish Patlabor TV first, plus college is sort of keeping me busy.

Reading this thread and a little information elsewheres, my curiosity is entirely piqued. I'll have to check it out after I finish working on Princess Princess (which I'm doing, albeit ever so slowly).
In mammals, Sucrose is digested in the stomach, into its component sugars, by acidic hydrolysis. The Glucose and Fructose are then absorbed into the bloodstream in the small intestine. (Lactose just isn't cool enough to enter into it.)

I haven't seen a dark anime for a while since Elfen Lied and Monster. I enjoy the series and hoping to catch up soon.

Well, out of the question arcs, I have to say that the best one was the first story arc. That one really had me feeling a bit creeped. I just started the first of the answer arcs and I'm interested how this is going to play out for all the arcs. I sure hope the creepiness meter gets high again because the last answer arc didn't feel scary at all, just sad. Anyways, I'm getting close to catching up with everyone.

Since I'm done downloading Haruhi (yes, I did it, XD) might as well put this in line. I'm curious. Like, really.

Picked this up tonight. Watched the first episode, got hooked, grabbed a bunch more off IRC. Currently about to start ep6. My roommate and I are slightly creeped out, slightly confused, and very much enjoying it.

Just watched episode 24. I realized from the Wikipedia entry that we aren't going to get the so-called "answer arcs" from the Curse Killing chapter and the Time Wasting chapter... What the hell! They should make them in OVA, or a second season (even if it's just 13 episodes), or something. But I think none of the remaining arcs is going to be quite as downright creepy as the first arc was. That one wins by a lot in general frighteningness... but it doesn't really make sense compared to the other chapters.
