There are ways to get at least busts like those. Just ask any really good Crossplayer. As for figure, as well as a large number of things, we're assuming that Mizuho was somewhat effeminate in terms of build and body before he was made to look... as... HE... does. In such a case, he's probably not got the thickest waist, and could do some modifications with a sort of cloth... corset or something...

Push comes to shove, it's just the artist not being able to draw d00ds very well, or wanting to do away with realism in that sense. Artistic suspension of disbelief and such.

GAWR. So hard to accept that such woman-ness has additional equipment. X_x
