Badge payment transfer?

hi,
I actually found out that I was going to be busy the weekend of the upcoming 2009 fanime convention
and I already read that I cannot get a refund for my ticket / badge.

I was actually wondering, since I can't a get a refund,
can i at least transfer my registration status
for next years' convention so that i will be able to have a fanime 2010 badge paid off instead?

I really can't make it this year...
If nobody can answer my question, could anyone please direct me to where I can find some contact information? I couldn't find the contact number or the address anywhere on the main site.

If anyone could help me out with my dillema, i would really appreciate it.

Jerry is 100% correct. We sell a membership and it's yours whether you go or not. We base many decisions based on your decision to register and it does affect our planing process.

We will grant exceptions for "acts of god" but our forewarnings during the reg process is to encourage you to plan ahead.
