Arcane Cosplaying Gathering @Fanime 2025

Calling all Legends and fans of the Arcane! My name is Omen, I wanted to gauge interest in an Arcane specific gathering for this upcoming Fanime. I'm a fairly experienced host and have hosted gatherings for a few other conventions now, and would love the opportunity to host this one. Here's the current information, though it is subject to change depending on how the apps go.

Time : (Aiming For) 3 pm - 4 pm
Location : Fallout Zone (G6)

Legal Statement: Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in these pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

In addition to the photos Fanime staff will be taking, I intend on taking pictures as well. These will be released either the night of the gathering, or the day after. These will be unedited pictures, whereas if you wish to have the polished ones, you'll have to wait for Fanime to release them.

In addition to the thread, I've also created a Discord server for the gathering where you can socialize and get the fastest news available! I'd highly recommend joining, but it's not at all necessary. The photos I take will also be released within the Discord server.
