like did something get on it or is it just really dusty? I usually just go over my figures with a microfiber cloth (or sometimes a sock XD). but then again thats if its justy dusty.

luke warm water on a clean towel to properly clean it, another towel to dry it should do the trick... i try not to use any chemicals on my figures...

I take compressed air and blow away the dust.

I think Captain Mom would adopt Byakuya just to make him take care of the 11th division. She's the master prankster of SS.
Side note:
During Karate class we were playing "Sensei says" and he got like 6 of us out on one thing so randomly i start singing "If you're a failure and you know it clap your hands," And like everyone sitting down clapped in their laughter (At this point sensei told us to be quiet) .  I had the idea that we could do that at the gathering, but only the dead or defeated people clap.
