I made a PVC pipe to look like the Microsoft paperclip, it dosen't break the carrying rules... so I was woundering is it a prop or costume? also do I need to get it peacebonded?

Lol its in between holding or wearing I wear it around my neck but at times I will carry it. I did check they have nothing with plactic so I'm pretty sure it cool but still just wondering
