I have a question (and it relates to the one I asked a long time ago). I looked at the photo release form and saw the place where my parent/guardian would have to sign. If my parent just signs it, then the usage of these photos, whether commercial or otherwise, is validated? I see only the option of checking "NO" so I just wanted to confirm this. I read the description and it does seem to exult that it is indeed validated unless otherwise by checking the "NO" box.

I like to confirm these things even if I feel like I actually understood things because welp... I'm just like that.

Ahh that. I've been thinking of removing the distribution clause as well. I'll get to modifying that so I must consult with the cosplayer before using for commerical purposes.
I will re-work the contract out to be less intimidating and cosplay-friendly as I intended tonight.
