Dealer's room opening time

Did the Dealer's room always open so late on Friday? The schedule says it's not open until 2pm, and for some reason that seems to be later than in past years (of course I could be completely wrong). Just wondering what was up.

I dug around the web and found http://www.fanime.com/2007/schedule/schedule.pdf
That schedule says the Dealer's Hall didn't open until 2pm last year either.

It's contractual, so its the same every year until we change it:)
