Street Fighter 20th anniversary

Yeah sure it should've been done this year, but I was wondering is anyone up for it. A cosplay gathering to commemorate 20 years of the greatest fighting game series ever, well IMO at least. All SF characters welcome, from SF1, 2, 3, 4, Alpha, and EX. Time, dunno, place, most likely the fountains, date, well during Fanime 2009 I know that. Well's who's up for it.
