Am I able to perform a Korean song if the Japanese version of the song is on an anime?

I'm not Hank, but if the rules haven't changed... no you aren't. You can do the Japanese version, but not the Korean version.

If there was a Korean version/release of the anime, and that version of the anime had the Korean song you want to sing, then yes you can.

If not, then you cannot sing it in the contest.
