It's just that Ukitake knows how to behave responsibly.
That's what keeps Shunsui from total disaster--being a role model.  ;)
Therefore, I shall continue that by not doing silly dances in the hope of saving Shunsui from that evil plague!!

(Being "troublesome" does not apply when one is saving one's own squad members from unfair twisted justice--which is thanks to Aizen mucking about.)  :D
