Not Receiving Confirmation Email?

I already registered Sunday night on the site, and it said that it'd send me a confirmation email regarding my registration. It's already Monday night and I still haven't received an email. I double-checked my account to make sure everything was right, and everything was set but no email. I might be jumping the gun a bit since I have my ID number written down, and perhaps I need to wait longer, but I'm just getting a bit worried since the instructions said that I needed to print out the confirmation and send it along with a check to pay. Can anyone help?

I'll check on why it's not sending out the confirm, but what works perfectly fine is printing out the payment page after you log in to your account and sending that with your payment. Thanks:)

Fixed, but you can still print out the payment page after you log in to your account and send that with your payment.
