Happy Winter Holiday Season! Join us at the Santa Clara City Library (2635 Homestead Road, in northern California) on the afternoon of Saturday, December 13 for an afternoon of anime. Free!

There's no place like home for the holidays, and for many people, that means returning to unresolved problems that have been festering since childhood. D'Eon has sister issues, Rin makes it up to a figure from her past, the girls in Code-E become depressed about their parents, and City Hunter has to deal with a whole family feud. In contrast, the Strawberry Marshmallow girls seem to have a fun holiday hanging around their friends. So, before heading home, come hang out with the No-Name crowd and enjoy more Ghost in the Shell and Tactics as well.

12:30  Le Chevalier D'Eon #19  *
12:55 Ghost in the Shell SAC 2nd Gig #24 *
13:25 Fate/Stay Night #19 *
13:55 Strawberry Marshmallow #12
14:20 Abunai! Break time!
15:30 City Hunter Season 3 #10-11 *
16:30 Tactics #2
17:00 Code-E #5

All times are approximate, so try to be early!
(* = not appropriate for all audiences, but if Fanime BBS doesn't weird you out, it's probably OK.)

If you attended any of our showings earlier this year, please remember to bring your Frequent Viewer Card(s) to our special anniversary celebration "Break time."

what does that mean "Apples to Apples" ?
It's a fun, easily to learn, social game that uses special cards. Select the card from your hand that you think is best described by a card played by the judge. I'll be too busy as an organizer to play on Saturday, but I've joined ced1106 in the past. There's a picture of a couple people playing it last year at http://www.nnanime.com/events/NNanniversary14/index.html.

Ugh -- Sorry I wasn't at Anime Palace. Was sick all of December. Will bring Apples next time!
