Shift times

I've looked at the shift schedule, but I'm having a bit o' trouble understand it. It simply provides shift times in terms of "morning", "evening" or "graveyard". What does this translate to in actual clocky time?

But I'm not in Vols and it depends on what department you work for... I think.

Morning 8am-4pm
Evening 4pm-Midnight
Grave Yard Midnight-8am

I'm a rover as well, weren't you there at the meetings and getting emails from our bosses?
