Gotta Catch Them All! Pokemon gathering 2016!

Hello! This is the Mawile from this last Fanime. :] If the gathering is on any day other then Saturday(I'm in the Masq. as something else, and it's easier to stay in the costume all day), then I can make it as Kris and my sister will most likely wear my Mawile.

Hoping to go to this gathering this year as Mijumaru with my best friend as Tsutarja.

And I could totally bring my Pokemon board game. /cool face
Except I'm sure 75% of the pieces will be lost and considering how old it is I don't think I'd ever be able to replace it.

I went to the 2010 gathering and had a blast! Will totally show up this year too, as Misty. And my friend Liz will be going as Togepi. We are both looking forward to it! Can't wait!

Alright, I updated the first post. I'm still sick so I'll be slow. BSaphire, If there is anything you want me to change or add in, tell me. ^_^ Me being sick means I'm prone to making more mistakes.

But now onto talking to everyone! Whos excited?! Whoo :D Haha, Any ideas on where and what time the gathering should be? It needs to be a big area x_____x I REALLY don't wanna redo last year. I'm surprised I didn't break down crying by all that stress. xD So we need a big area, and a good time. What sounds good to you all?

Uugh, Saturday...? The only way I'd be able to make it would be if it were earlier in the day. My vote is for 10 or 11am .

Since It's a big gathering, I think thats all I can do. I'm not sure o.o On another thread, It says Pokemon is going to be on saturday, so I'm just putting what I saw.

Also, one more thing! Would you all like a picnic/potluck/anything like that? Tell me soon if you do! :D This also can be good for people who cant make saturday. Because I think an event doesnt have to be the same day as the gathering. Or it can be right after/before the gathering. Whats your opinion?

If it is on Saturday, then that's good with me just so long as it doesn't clash with the Avatar The Last Airbender gathering. As for the picnic/potluck/whatever, I know my schedule for Fanime is insanely busy, so I dunno if I'd be able to make it to anything else spaced farther apart, but that's just me.

This is my dilemma as well. That's why I'm hoping the pokemon meet is earlier, because my friend(who is running the A:tLA meet) and I are going to be in the masquerade, and our costumes would be easier to stay in than change into after another gathering..

I can start it 10 AM or later. Thats when I normally get to Fanime. So everyone can give me ideas on times and I will try to make it as easy as possible. :)

On another note, Is there anything you people wqould suggest for this gathering? In all categories, like time, day, events, picture poses(like if you want an eeveelution picture, or so on.), or anything like that?

If anyone would like to help me with the gathering, please feel free to tell me. I'm friendly and won't kill you. I'm short and sometimes I'm not that loud, so directing this HUGE group will be a little harder for me. So If anyone would like to help out, just tell me!

Sure, I'd be willing to help out. As for the time, a big gathering like this should most likely be Saturday or Sunday, but Sunday I've got a big costume for the Bleach gathering, so like mentioned before, I'd say Saturday before the Avatar gathering, so like Kimba said, around 10 or 11 AM preferably. So yeah, my vote's for Saturday at 10.
