If anyone is wondering about the feedback forms/rate cards that the panel staff distributed and collected... I'm afraid we aren't quite organized enough with correlating the information obtained to make it available publicly. We just started with the rate cards last year, and we're working on improving the process year by year.

I'm hoping to have at least partial information or headcounts available at some point this year, but it'll be at least another month or two before we have it available.
