Those are basic platform boots you can get most anywhere online...electriqueboutique.com, cosworx.com, ebay, etc etc. You could also mod a pair of go-go boos, if you don't mind the heel.

These look like the same boots. They do custom sizing (free), and custom making(I'm not sure how much this costs). So if you have a different design in mind, you could just send them a few pictures and they'll make it how you want it.

The boots are about 56 bucks without shipping.
