Get Your Duel On in 2010! (Yugioh)

Last year, I held it on Friday because it would clash with the gatherings I had on Saturday and Sunday. It's the same for us this time as well, since myself, Shinigami_Lover, and Dragon Ninja all have other gatherings on the weekend to get to. I'm hoping, though, that by making it at a later time in the day, we can at least get a few more people. If more people can go on Saturday, though, then more power to you; just less likely that I can make it.

I thought of an interesting way to duel with cosplayers. Cosplayers with decks in the there duel disks (hopefully character themed) can duel by claiming to cast the souls of there monsters into the bodies of Yugioh cosplayers during battle.

For instance, Aki summons Tytanial, Princess of Camellias and claims Anzu as her monsters body, to attack Yusei's Speed Warrior, who he defends by calling the body of Jack Atlas. Anzu and Jack have a mock fight briefly where the one whos corresponding monster has the highest attack wins as usual.

Get it? It solves the problem of dueling in public without monsters to fight with and makes for a thematic shadow game that involves even the cosplayers who aren't dueling.

This is a BIG maybe here... but my friend's GX group (someone signed up for us and I forgot who exactly ^^;) is going to be at this con and I'm their Syrus/Sho so if we happen to finally get my Ra Yellow uniform finished by some sort of miracle I'll also be in attendance. :3

Is there a way to maybe hold two gatherings? like the main one on friday but then one on sat/sun for those who cant make it fri?
