Alright Hi everyone..Its me again kamina Chan...and I know I have been missing for awhile because I  took a brake from Cosplaying -__-; even though I didn't want to..but here it goes I am feeling irritated because my Older sister and her BF asked me for Help with this Movie maker program by Magix something. So I figured that it was like Final cut pro. And I was right it has the same concept....and when I did it, They where like wait slow down..go step by step on how you did that. O_o <---- that was my expression. So Me being like WTF I just opened the video in the program so you  guys could edit it. I guess I was missing the hint that they wanted me to teach them about the program. So I have to go Turtle slow and it irritates the crap out of me because I have to keep starting over and over. Answering the same questions and repeating myself over and over. And when I attempt to say something I keep getting cut off by my sister telling me what she did and how she did it..because the way I was doing it wasn't the way she did it. I was O_O;....>_>;;
She just kept ask and asking over and over..I just wanted to get one question out of the way before I move on to the next one...but its like what I am saying isn't being heard at all and I just get what she thinks its right...-__-; Anyways I guess I am writhing this out of frustration.

I go through the same routine as far as tech is concerned, most of my family is the same way. You just got to put up with it, as much as it irritates you (it does to me, believe me I don't know how many times I gone through "I don't know what a gigabyte is" or "why does it matter if I use composite on an HD TV"). Just gotta do it with a smile, and answer the best you can.

I recently moved from a single school into District IT for my school district.  There are some people who really get what they're doing and are able to integrate it into their job.  The rest...well I practice patience on a daily basis.  I repeat myself often and try to find different ways to say the same thing 20-30 times.  Then I go back to my desk and pound my head into a wall.   ::)

I try to remember that I've been confused before, and I appreciated the person helping me being patient.  If I can be patient with them, maybe they'll feel more confident about whatever is causing a problem and start to take ownership of the knowledge.  Once a user takes ownership it's usually pretty easy to get thru their problems.
Sometimes I'm glad I became a teacher.  Other times I wish I had simply become a ninja.

I know..but after two days of the same question. I kinda lost my cool on the second day >.>
and raised my voice a bit..giving off the vibe I was irritated...after that I felt kinda bad ;_;.
But yeah I know....I mostly keep quiet...but I could not hold my mouth shut at that moment and turned into a angry Moogle; thus raising my  voice -___-;....

Some people only want you to give the answer they want to hear.

This is totally off base and realistically has nothing to do with the topic of this thread.

The reason why is... a lot of people have a preconception of how things are. They want to be told, they are right in this preconception. Therefore, they will argue with people because they want to be told they are correct.

Within this... people just like hearing other people agree with them and that they are not incorrect.

I mean... that's why you made this thread right?

It's mind boggling how many times I had to go over the concept of 'copy/paste' with my Grandfather. I know he's old but DAMN
