Registering for staff question~

Hi, I wanted to become part of the staff this year but of course, the "open positions" link doesn't work.
I've emailed [email protected] but nothing yet.
Was that the right email address to email to?
Or could someone tell me the open positions with quick info about them so I can quickly sign up for them here? (:
