I need help getting a hotel room near the convention center.

So its my first time actually staying at a hotel and well my friends and I would like to get a hotel room for the con but we need it some where close by the convention center. I know this is late and that most hotels would be sold out, but I finally got the okay from my mother ^...^; So yeah I would really appreciate it if someone could help me thanks.

You can also contact the housing committee and ask to be put on a waitlist for one of the other hotels.
