Question about Artist Alley Table Display

Hello everyone,

Fanime will be my first large anime convention, and plus, I am flying in from out of state. I had a question about our tables in the artist alley, what restrictions do we have when displaying things? I have a poster that I would like to display that is about 42x48 inches, and I would like to have it set up behind me, is there any way I would go about doing that? Also, if we pre-registered/early registration, when do we pick up our badges for Fanime, will it be before the artist alley opens?  Thanks for your time.

Lots of artists have display options that I'm sure they can share.

There are certain provisions about how you can display, so please check out the contract for that information. if you are pre-registered, you can register and pick up you badge starting around 5PM on Thursday. for early reg, Friday morning, usually 8AM. The alley opens at 2PM on Friday and setup before that at, i believe, 10AM or so.
