Changing reservation late in the game?

I thought they said we had until the 21st to decide about any room changes, but they took the housing site down. Any idea?

I would contact Fanime Housing first. Not the hotel, until after the 25th of May I believe.  Good luck!

If you go to the fanime housing page now though, it says fanime housing 2010 is closed and to contact the hotel directly. Since it said by the 21st before (I'm positive!) My friend and I were going to confirm our plans since he arrives from back east today in the evening. =( It won't be the end of the world if we can't change our reservations, but it would be nice to know. (We were questioning Thursday)

Yeah, that's interesting that they took the site down a little earlier than I thought was announced. I kind of need to make a slight change and was going to do it today. I guess I'm not doing it via the website.  8)

To Topic Creator and anyone that needs to do last minute changes to their Fanime Con Hotel Room Reservation.  Please call Convention Management Resources Before they close at (800) 924-4232 / (415) 979-2282.

The reservations were locked by CMR this morning so they can transfer the discounted hotel rates to the hotels and start booking the rooms for the convention attendees.  Not even people online outside of Fanime Con can book for the San Jose Hilton since the rooms are blocked off.

Good luck if anyone can get to CMR because if they are closed, you have to contact the front desk of the hotel tommorow May 21st.  It goes to show you never plan anything super last minute.  This is just a heads up.
