Looking for bracelet dealer

There was a station in the artist alley at the edge of a row and sold bracelets made of small rubber and metal rings. I want to buy more of their bracelets, so I was wondering if they have a shop somewhere? thanks

There were two people, to my knowledge, selling chain mail stuff this year. One was my bud sparks, http://sparksmcghee.deviantart.com/ , and the other was this dude: http://www.etsy.com/shop/Sneath . I think they both had rubber/metal bracelets, but of different styles. Hope that helps. :)
