Ok, this will be my first year staffing at Fanime (I'm with Logistics) Thing is, I have bought a Pre-Reg Badge for Fanime 2011 beforehand at Yaoi-Con 2010 since I didn't know whether I'd be staffing or not. My question is, what happens to my attendee badge since I'm getting a Staff badge? Do I get reimbursed for it? Or did I just waste $45 for nothing?

if you work the right number of hours you can get reimbursed.

HOWEVER, if you do staff, please do not register your membership at the convention and pick up your badge.

I'm in the same situation. My friend just told me they just bought a badge for me, but I'm already signed up for staff, so I now owe them $60. I don't really know what to do. I'm sure it'll get sorted out once Fanime is over. ::keeps fingers crossed::

Join the club. ;D I pre-reg'd with other friends, but then joined staff. Such is life. Department heads will figure it out, assuming we've worked the required number of hours for reimbursement. I'm just looking forward to a great time, as always!  :D

Information for staff will be made at the required Staff meeting, which is on May 21st in the SJCC Ballroom A at 1p. :)
