Type Moon gathering 2013

Hey all, I'm looking to get another type moon gathering together for the 2013 fanime.  I know it's early but I missed the last one so I was hoping that we could get this started up early and I can get my costume accessories up and running early as well.  I was at the 2012 fanime and I only saw one a couple other people and had no idea of the gathering.
