Good question. I do not know where that particular "eco-dome" is but I do know that the headquarters for Calearth, the organization that advocates this type of home design/construction, is in the City of Hesperia...somewhere in southern California.

BTW Luke Skywalker's home bears a strange resemblance to this eco-dome.
