as for the fan, some people have bought giant decorative fans off of ebay and painted them over.

If I were to make the fan, I'd actually make it from scratch (wood+fabric). But that's because I'm crazy like that ^^"

Making the fan is actually very difficult if you're inexperienced, and you have to make sure to get the right type of wood (light weight, otherwise your fan will weigh so much you can't carry it).

Due to time constraints I gave up on the idea of making one from scratch like I'd planned and simply went to Japan town, bought a great, big fan for around 10$, and re-painted it. The paint cost me more than the fan did.

Get a giant fan, just spray paint it over, and then just decorate it. that oughtta work. if not... theeeeeeeeeeen... ummm... make it from scratch if you know what ur doing

For the fan if you plan on making it- lots of bamboo, screws, paint and time. I would recommend buying a fan and painting over it lol.

as for the fishnets i recommed ebay or hot topic =)
