I've never seen a IIDX nor a later version of Pop'n Music arcade at fanime.  Sorry to break it to you, I don't think thats gonna happen unless you can find another arcade that has those besides SVGL and MGL (Fanime and Golfland has issues wit each other).

PS2 version is the closest thing u can play it.
