I'm a Steven Blum fan too! 
I watch a lot of anime in Japanese with subtitles, but Cowboy Bebop, (the older episodes from) Naruto, Samurai Champloo, Big O, Wolf's Rain, and Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex, are all animes that I first saw in English.
