Pre-registration Identification...

A friend of mine wants to pre-register for Fanimecon, however, she is having a bit of a dilemma.

She, herself, doesn't have an ID, nor can she really afford to get one from the DMV like stated already. She only has a school ID. However, I presented her with an idea that I wanted to know would work:

Could she bring in her Mother's Driver's License or Passport or Government Issued ID? And if she could, does that mean that the registration will have to be under her mother's name?

If its under her moms name then her mom has to show up with her id and the regestration would be under her mom

if your friend has a passport of her own then your friend can present it herself

Any Goverment issued ID or passport is doable if its in her own name not her moms
