Most definately  :D

I'm really glad that most of my cosplays this year aren't very bulky; it will make the "one bag" goal a bit easier to achieve ^-^

I made a list months ago XDXDXD I've tried to trim it down, but it's still really long ><

I thought this would be a interesting thread, seeing as Fanime is next weekend. How do you guys pack for Fanime? Do you bring everything but the kitchen sink? or are you a minimalist? I'm trying to downgrade my luggage to at least one large bag, but I doubt that's gonna happen XD

Since your attending the tea, you are in the right place ^-^. I haven't been to the gathering/tea before, but from what I assume,  everyone sits around in their Kuro cosplays and enjoys some delicious tea :) It's also sort of like a potluck, since everyone sort of pitches in and helps bring something (tea, napkins, cups, etc...)

I am playing with the idea of putting dry ice in my cooler; it will keep the regular ice from melting so I don't need to change the ice as often  ;D

I might be able to bring some petit fours to share :) (trying to see if I can squeeze them into the budget lol). I also can definately bring some loose leaf and/or bagged tea. I have some very good chai tea and a very delicious Egyptian licorice P:

I'm definately down for hanging out ^-^

The microwave is a no sadly, but they definately have closet hangers

@Inai: They have mini-fridges? I thought that they didn't have them. Well that is a pleasant surprise :D (don't have to lug around the ice chest this con ^-^)

Count me in as Nemu ;)  I'll most likely bring an Uyru with me too

Ok ^^ glad to be of some help. PM me and I can give you my number and what hotel I'm staying at. As to what Dany said, I actually do have a hoop skirt that is slighty ruffly. I also have one that is not, but it has a bit more volume to it. I can bring both so you can take your pick.

For Euphemia, a hoopskirt would work best. Depending on the size of the skirt, I could let you borrow one of mine for the day ur cosplaying as her :)

@Aelia :Yes, everything will definately be taped up so here is no possibility of any wardrobe malfunctions ^-^

Thank you guys for your input, I guess I can go ahead and start making my cosplay :)

Just wanted to come to the forums to make sure it was ok(since it's a bit of a grey area; looked at the rules and didn't say too much about cosplay regulation).Cultist-Chan is a pretty scantily clad character, so just wondering if I would get in trouble with rovers XD. I know I have seen a couple of threads that deal with the decency issues when it comes to cosplay, since Fanime is a "family convention", so what do you guys think?

personally, i like the polka.  Like in The King and I ("Shall We Dance" song where Anna teaches the king to dance).  Heck, we could at least use that song.  It's a great song.

I agree, we should include polka. It's SOOOOOOOO much fun XD

Inside might be a good idea, since it will most likely be pretty warm outside

Quick question about food; is it alright for us to bring our own food? (just for ourselves). I have a gluten allergy and will most likely not be able to eat most(if not all) of the food that is there, except for tea XD.

Also might be attending as Ciel for the tea, just a heads up ^^

Yea, Saturday would be the best for me ^-^. You can put me down as Alexiel (probably OVA version).
