Looks like I will be riding up in the evening with my group leader (who is then planning to drive to Sonoma to get other friends 0_o).

That's right. It's more like in the morning now. Early in the morning. xD

I've checked in early before on the day of Fanime and they're okay as long they have rooms empty and clean by then. I know I'll be up at Day 0 as usual. More time to relax from all the driving I'm going through. Haha...

I have an idea for a photoshoot:
World History through character tug-a-war!
For example:
Suez Canal Crisis: Egypt being tugged by England and France
Philippine Independence: Philippines being tugged by USA and Japan
Hungary Revolution: Hungary being tugged by USA and Russia
and etc.

That is a very good idea! We should do that at the gathering for sure!

looking forward to staying in that hotel this year, one question though: since we book the room in the Fanime website, do we have to bring anything else aside from the credit card to check in or do we get something like confirmation code from the hotel itself. I'm just curious since this is my first con and the first time i book a hotel like this.

They will need the card that was used to book and your government issued ID. Plus, you would have to be over 18 to check in also.

It just shows the history of the changes you made, but they will only look at the most recent changes so it will be only billed once.

I'm a little confused on this part D: So the e-postcard will be sent in our account in fanimecon site? Or emailed to us? Or do we get it at the Convention when we pick up our badge?

During registration hours. They haven't posted them up yet so wait until a few weeks before Fanime to be up.

Day Zero is usually Thursday. You may missed much, but most of excitements are on Saturday and Sunday.

Sorry. I am still bogged down with college and work so I have updated this as of today now. We are getting bigger this year~! Woo hoo!!

No price is given yet until it is very near the con. They would announce on Twitter and front page soon enough.

I know that for past several years since 2004, they always cut off the date for Pre-reg into Early Reg when Fanime is only a month away. Dates changes, but patterns stayed the same every year.

And plus, Pre-registration was opened since October until end of March so we were given several chances to have done it before then.

It was announced on the front page for when the last deadline was announced. I remember since I wrote it down and I do remember being tweet to my phone too.

I am willing to paid hopefully there are some left.
