Not sure if OtakuApprentice can actually still make it, since they posted the event in the main thread. If they're a no-show, Geri and I will help keep things going.

OtakuApprentice has listed the photo rundown as such:

Although we could always do what we did last year and break the sentai into color groups, then rider, then sentai, then all hero taisen, then requests.

The list I posted in the thread was just a general outline to use, so if you already have a system that works then just go ahead and use that....and I still can't make it.  :'(

I already sent the request to the gatherings dept. earlier, but I had forgotten to include the organizer info; I just sent the updated information today, which means that hopefully the same location/time from last year will be kept.

It is understandable that things may come up unexpectedly and cause some sort of delay, but 3 1/2 months?

yessssss definitely going to be at this gathering for 2013; not sure as who yet though.....possibly Yoko (Go-busters) or one of the Fourze girls? or maybe someone else entirely? i don't even know yet haha. DEFINITELY COMING THOUGH :D

I would love to see a complete Kamen Rider Club there...or least someone dressed up as Yuki with her Hayabusa plushie.

I'm still curious as to why those Gatchaman cosplayers ended up in some of the pictures....

Just wondering, anyone going to cosplay toku at AX? I'm considering going just so I can be Ahim again, but it really depends on whether I can take a day or two off from work...

I should be able to go to AX, but not sure if I will do any toku cosplay.

Got some bad news: I can no longer make it to fanime this year, so for this gathering to continue, I will need someone to take over the organization of this gathering.

Quick news bump: location has changed....we are now at the flowerbeds on the marriott side, sot we have the construction in the background. YAY!

P.S. For those that have friends coming with you, I need an exact number for an accurate cosplayer count for the first page.

Okay...so the gatherings page has updated, and we have the Riser Stage.

Hearing its not the best location (first time organizer, I'm still working out all the kinks), I'll shoot off another e-mail and see if I can change the location; so far, no other gatherings have claimed the FiF MS(Flowerbed in Front Marriott Side, has construction in background) or the opposite side facing the Marriott for the time-slot we're aiming for.

No poll this time; post your choice, and do it fast, because those two spots will fill up, and I nee......aw screw it, I'll just switch it so we have the Marriott in the background.

well, people need to vote on the location; I'll shoot off another PM to the gatherings Dept. later to change the location spot.
