Okay I updated the list.  Sorry to hear plans fell through though.  I'll keep the maybes on for now just keep me posted on if they're making it or not.

In the meantime let's go over some photo possibilities!  Need them for confirmation of our gathering and it makes things go that much smoother.  So far I'm thinking:

NOW is when you want to request group shots so I can add it to the list and make sure it gets in.  I'll be taking requests at the gathering too...but in the past I've found it to be hectic and it could be a while before I get to yours.

Aww sorry to hear Tenkage and Charis.  These things happen though.

Yeah we need at least 2 hoop skirts in order to have portal shenanigans...for which I am most willing to comply.  ;)

And OF COURSE I can give you explosive lessons little queen!  It would be my pleasure.

As for the posing Yokos...I can't say I'm familiar with that video and certainly can't speak for others.  So if you'd like it to happen feel free to bring reference and we'll see what we can do!

So life's managed to get even crazier around here but I've found time to get things in order.  So here's what I've sent off as our submission request:
Friday at 4 meeting at FMS (the tree area next to the Marriot enterance, where we were last year)

Now I'd like to ask if there was anything specific that people would like photos of!  Want to make sure everybody has a chance to be featured and get photos taken that they would like!  I'll be happy to add stuff up to con itself so send it our way when you think of something!

Sorry for the extended silence on the thread!  Life got even more crazy than usual here but I managed to squeeze out some time to get stuff chiseled out (much like my manly abs  ;) ) and everything submitted.  SO!

We're meeting on Friday at 1 on the Marriott side of the flowerbed (ex-fountains) in front.  From there we should have space for everybody as well as epic construction (of Kamina City) in the background for shots!

So now what would be most epic is photo ideas!  Gimme a list of what you want done and I'll do all that is in my power to make it so!  Up to the gathering I'll compile them together.  It'd be awesome if people could let me know here since it lessens the occurrences of me running around like a chicken with my head cut off at the gathering proper to make sure I got everything (as those who have attended in years past have seen me do)

And CommandantCat that would be EPIC!  I just gotta ask that it be turned down during the gathering itself so people can hear what's going on...as I don't know if I can get my hands on my friend's STFU-megaphone.

This gathering fits snugly into my crazy schedule...so I should be able to make it!  Put me down as Giriko...Arachnaphobia gotta represent!

Of course!  I can't list you as an attendee but anybody's welcome to come and we might be able to squeeze you into a photo too.  ;)

If it's Sunday I'd have to leave by 11:30 if I'm going to have enough time to get into make-up and costume for the Trinity Blood gathering.  At that point I won't be able to spend much time in him so probably wouldn't wear Snape for the gathering at all.

So don't worry about me.  Pick whatever time is best for the most people.  As a fellow organizer I know how hard it is to pick times to please.

Personally, if it can work around the large gatherings Saturday would be the best day for me.  Friday I'm hosting two gatherings and Sunday has an involved costume in the middle of the day so it's unlikely I could make any other gatherings.  That's just my personal situation though, don't let it interfere with group planning.
