Hi there!

So, any word on when the AA is going to be ready? It's nearly March, and it's really unusual waiting this long ^^

I'm coming from out of state here, and I'm trying to plan ahead as best I could.

As for groups, you're saying that 10 tables can be reserved together? So, does that mean that us 'single' tables will just be there to fill in the gaps between groups?

Out of curiosity, why did you guys change the way this is handled? I mean, the old way seemed fine to me.

Oh! Do I need to buy my registration badge first or is that something I can do as I buy the AA table?

Thanks for your help and thanks for listening!  Replies are greatly appreciated! :D

Um......hello? Is anyone working on this?

What is going on with tables this year? No one is replying to my emails nor are they answering my questions on this forum. I'm getting frustrated with this whole process. Usually Fanime has all of this taken care but it's going on the second week of March and STILL NOTHING. I'm coming from out of state, but I don't want to buy a badge if I'm not selling in the alley. Money is extremely tight right now. ^^ Could someone please let me as well as all the other artists what is going on. When will we get to sign up for a table and do we need to buy a badge ahead of time or will we be able to buy a badge when buying a table? I already have my permit.

Someone please talk to me!

Hi everyone :D

I had pre-registered for a table at last year's Fanime. I know I need a seller's permit so I'm working on that currently.

My question to you is: Do I need to mail you guys anything before the actual con or do I just need to show up with a copy / and the original seller's permit?  Ie: Do I need to mail in a Seller's Agreement form or anything like that?

Please let me know, it'd be greatly appreicated.

Thank you ^___^

So to the congoers themselves:

What was your favorite part about the Artist Alley/Art Show?

What would you liked to have seen more of?

What could you have done without?

1.  The variety and how big it was
2.  Full tables and less dead space
3.  It was too spread out and the room should have been condensed.

And to the artists...

Where do you get your prints made?

Do you feel like you made out well this weekend?

What was your highest selling items?

Do you have anywhere where people can buy prints now?
[/quote]

1.  I make them myself
2.  I do, but if I was closer to the front, I feel that I could have done better ^^
3.  Badges and Keychains
4.  No

Alright i wanted to know the table sizes..

I looked at the notes that said

200 - 6'x 2' Tables wChairs
4 - 8' x 2' Tables w/chairs

NOTE of TABLES::
Blue = ME!
{ Seating chart removed per AA head's request }

Hmmm...I'm confused.....Why does this person say the seating chart has been removed?  It's still in effect, right?

Hi all :)

I have a question....is it alright to leave before 9? I was thinking I might say until 6 or 7.

I'd like to see the evening events such as cosplay and the concert :)

Thanks in advance :)

I see that you could register at 12 on Friday, however, I was curious....could you set-up earlier than that, say 9 or 10 o'clock?  Or do you have to wait until you register?

Thanks in advance :)

you have to come register (( or check in)) with us first
we will not be opening the doors for this till 12
thanks

So what exactly happens at 12? We register and then get to set-up?

When will people be allowed to come into the alley to purchase our products?

Speaking of checking in....where do we pick up our badges?  Since we are in the AA, will our badges be somewhere else? Is there a separate badge for artists as apposed to the convention badge?

Thanks for the info in advance :D

Hi everyone.

The seating chart has finally come out, so that's exciting. Though we were told to pick our top 4 tables so I suppose it's not truly official yet ^^

I'm new to Fanime and was curious....is the layout set up so new people are in the back and the returning veterens are up in the front? ^^

That bums me out, being in the back and frankly, I'm a little worried :-\  I do hope people come back there and have money left to spend :'(

Can any one offer some insights to what it's like selling there? And what the crowds are like in the artist alley?

Thanks! :)

Hi there ^__^

I have some questions for the veterans....

This will be my first time selling at Fanime and I was curiuos if someone could tell me the size of the crowd? Is it like Anime Expo? Is it busy on Friday even though kids are in school?  What is the crowd like on Monday?

Just trying to get some good numbers on what to bring since I'm coming from Texas :)

Also, does anyone has any good suggestions about how much stuff to bring?  ^^

Thanks in advance :)

Hi there.

I have a question....

I was looking through the forums here and came across the tentative schedule for the convention. One thing I didn't not see is a panel featuring any voice actors or japanese guests.  Do you invite these types of guests to Fanime? This will be my first time going :)

I know I saw a guests thread somewhere on here, but I haven't seen any confirmation in terms of guests.  Any one know any information on this?

Thanks :)

Hmm....how about Para Para Paradise?

I love that game, but sadly there's no arcades that have that game in Texas :(

Also, how about any other games that are like Naruto Shippuuden Accel 2. That game is super fun!!!
