What has anime burned into your everyday habits?

Anything that anime has so ingrained into your brain that it's now part of everyday life?

On occasion, when happy, I'll be singing "Maho~ Mahohoho~" from Pani Poni Dash.

And yes, it's also convinced me to do poses every now and then as well-some cheesy and some...never mind, they're all cheesy.

Darryl Mendoza

Oh man... I do alot of weird and cheesy, as you say, stuff that has been forced into my head by anime. I sometimes go into my own little wonderland and just... uhhh... you know. I also do all those poses and stuff as well as you do Cloudzero. I say some pretty weird things every now and then because of anime and I try to do the fighting stuff that they do like in Negima when Negi learns to fight, I like to do those fighting style pose things. I also do those dances like Bonodori in Green Green. I am sooo wierd. But I guess its okay because no one sees me. Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always say "Danke danke"...
Vash said it in one or two episodes of Trigun and I shall say it forever more.

I did go thru an entire box set yesterday.

I can't stop calling people bakas

I smack people with weak little paper fans I make, ripping them in half usually in an hour.

Green_Tea

I have a friend that always answers his phone with "moshi moshi"

I don't think I have an actual habit brought on by it besides drawing chibi's on EVERYTHING. I drew one today on an art quiz and my professor says to me "Nicole, you are a strange, strange girl."

So what, chibi pictures of me in a bikini talking about how I failed and I'll have to rely on my good looks is weird now?

Simple, "Ara, ara", "My, my", "MOCHIROAN!" and my personal favorite, "Shh! It's Mai Otome Time!". I can't say those sayings have ever left or die out.

gmontem

Sometimes I would sing the first few words of "Sanpo" -- Arukou arukou watashi wa genki -- even in the public men's room.  :oops:

I commonly refer to myself as a bishy.

I've learned how to insult people by watching alot of Shounen anime.

I know how to apoligize like a complete moron from watching lots of shoujo anime.

I commonly refer to my life as a Ken Akamatsu Manga waiting to be made.

Ramen should be slurped loudly.

I bow slightly whenever I make eye contact with someone on the street.
It all really depends how well the lies are told...

^ Ramen should be slurped loudly. XD Actually, I never learned that from any manga or anime; it's an innate action.

As for myself, I say gao every now and then, not to mention do the V thingamajig. It's a totally integrated habit; I do it all the time:

QuoteRandom Friend: Hi [Snare].
Snare: ::V::

Random Friend: Your [newspaper] layout kicks ass.
Snare: ::V::

Random Friend: You suck.
Snare: ::V::

I also have the habit of pointing out every single Bemani pun that I come across in a day (A grades for my paper on Genocide, anybody?).

Aww...did I do that?

Tsubasa

I'll use some Japanese expressions such as "otou" or "yosho."  Sometimes I say "sankyu."  What else...?  I stagger at times.  And I say "orz."  Sorry to disappoint you peoples, but I don't actually assume the orz position.

Indeed it is, sir.

Sitting in seiza position.
Facefaulting [though, not too much into it. It can be quite painful]
Using sentence ending-isms [-nya, -desu, -de gozaru, -de arimasu]. Usually in a random sense and entriely without relevance.
Doing that "ho ho ho~" thing those snobby, accented girls do [i.e. Naga from Slayers; Ayaka from Negima]
Doing thumbs-up pose, saying "Yes!", "OK!", or "Yay!" I do the peace sign/V thing as well, but that was a born thing from being asian. :P There's also the Point of Ambition, aka: this pic.

One thing I don't do is say "baka". IMO, it has become the new f-word, in an overused sense.

some expressions like the stagger and anime fall. >.> Sometimes I visually imagine the sweatdrop at the proper times. Random japanese phrases like kawaii, ooshii, arigato and so forth. (I also took some japanese so I sometimes do simple sentences.) The love of miso soup and random knowledge... >.>

I'm almost tempted to try to learn from anime how to "be cute" but somehow I don't think that'll work well.

I don't know what else. >.>

I forgot to add these to my list. The anime fall is what I usually do when I hear the name "Mattie-Wattie" at school. I'm sure many of my friends do the latter, as well.
