so did anyone watch last week's episode of Bleach on adult swim? Renji came in and he spoke - personally, i think he sounds really..well, he sounds really nerdy >< (which made me sad, he's my favorite character T_T) what do you guys think about his voice actor?

oh i agree with you completely. yesterday i was at hot topic buying a zelda shirt for my brother and i see all the Bleach merch >< made me kinda p.o'd >< but yeah Renji's voice just does not fit and i dread to hear how Byakuya is going to sound ><

exactly, and Renji is a tough manly man XD his voice just doenst fit with his personality and they way he looks. any thoughts on how you think Byakuya is going to sound?

I just watched ep 108 today and I am pleased and some what sad about the ending. If you know what I mean, answer me this:

Was that a dull ending to the battle after all of this build up and then... nothing?

huzzah! after a long revamp, the forums are back up and running! the bleach  gathering thread i've started over at cosplay.com is growing, so i think we'll have a great turnout this year ^^ if its alright with everyone, ive decided that the gathering will take place at 12:00 - that way it will give us time to take photos at the fountains and the park across the street should we choose to do so (i think it would be kinda cool ^^) and then come back to join up with the Jump Gathering at 1. sound like a good idea?

Welcome back, everyone!  Sunday at 12 is fine with me.  I've decided to go the way of low stress and limit my cosplaying, so the Bleach and Jump gatherings will (probably) be the only cosplaying I'll do this year.  Had hoped to do more or something different but unable to get organized and find more time... of course all that could change in the next few months ...  :D

EDIT: add Whistle! to my cosplay list, I want to wear my soccer outfit to the Jump gathering so I'll leave the Bleach gathering to allow time to change.

:oops: I suspect my list will go back to its original size .....

Add me! I am doing a Soul Society Pleeb. I haven't determined which unit to be with, but my Hakama is almost done and my yukata are too! If I change this I will let you know, but it depends on how much I can get done costume wise. I have a ton of consignments on my plate right now.

BTW... One of the reasons why so few Naruto showed up last year was because they left and lost track of time. Also, If the Bleach peeps want me to shoot pics of this gathering I would love to, however if it becomes an issue (like last year) then I will again wait till after it is over. I do what I do for all of you, and I don't want to be "In the way".

The Bleach peeps that went to the Shonen Jump gathering had a "special" photo session after the "Jump" gathering. I was very happy that they did :P I don't know if time will allow me to do it this year, because I have to get changed for the FFVIII gathering.
