I only suggest it because EGL and EGA originated from aristocratic designs(I think) and most lolita or kodona, even if they're punk, have an old world swing.
But I'm not telling you what to wear of course! ^_-

Hahahah... Many things can be made lolita but by themselves aren't...
I'm also a bit of an air head so bear with me......
You're best bet is probably making it... I haven't seen it for sale anywhere but that site and it's a bit hard to order from @_@
I also have never ordered from there so I couldn't tell you how it works....

In making it you can easily use a kimono pattern from any major pattern brand(make sure it's Japanese style! ie open sleves in your arm pits!) and make it shorter using different types of material.
Making the flowing ness of the top is easy because you can use triangular pieces of fabric to create that look easy!
The hard part would be that pleather obi.....

When you buy stuff it can cost a lot more then if you made the outfit yourself...Although if you want something straight up Gothic Loli...I DID post that one site...although a lot of their sizes are rather small, so you'd have to talk to them about a custom thing...

I dunno what I am doing, I have a rampage skirt that fist over this real nice and soft (thick) petticoat. Both are about a little lower than the knee, and a green plastic cincher over a black lace top. I will most likely have hairfalls and 'dolly' makeup. It's a mix of cyber and goth. o_o I wish I had a pic to show you. Or I will wear my leather corset. It's just that the coreset has a busted zipper. You can't tell cuz it buckles over the zipper...but yeah. o.o
