Bleach Gathering 2007! (Aftermath on 18 - 08 thread is up!)

sounds fun, but id be worried about falling and messing up my cosplay D:

on another topic related to the gathering, ive started coming up with ideas for group pictures we could take (i want everything planned out ahead of time so its not all crazy and such XD) so heres what ive come up with so far:

@ The Fountains:
-Captains
-Lieutenants
-Arrancar (includes any Hollows that might be there too)
-Vaizard
-Urahara Shoten (Yoruichi will be in this group)
-Ichigo, Rukia,Chad,Ishida, and Orihime group
-Shikai/Bankai group
-BWAHAHA group (includes everyone)

*minus the BWAHAHA group and the Shikai/Bankai group, the last photo for every group mentioned above will be the Francesca Dani face (see page 15)*


@The Park:
-Divisions 1-13 (individually)
-individual character groups
-scene renactments
-yaoi shots
-requests from fans


thats what i could come up with. anyone have any other photo ideas we could add?

Umm..action shots and shots w/ your favorite character? O.o..I dunno. But I intend to take a picture with as many people as possible. xD I love taking pictures with people. ^_^

yes we would love to have you as Ulquiorra! i've got a couple people over on cosplay.com coming as Arrancar (no Ulquiorras though), so yes it be awesome if you could :D

a you know they will no matter what we got FMA to do it last year w/ roy and ed XD.

One yaoi question i have... Is it still consdered yaoi if.. one is a girl and one is a boy (but the cosplays are both boys) like ex: ichigo (girl) X renji (boy)

and as far as if its still yaoi if its two male characters (even though they're cosplayed by a girl and a guy) is still yaoi, cause you still have two male characters going at it XD ill add it to the list

Woah!!!someone actually mentioned it. So..if you do yaoi...why not do all the others too?(the most awkward thing I said in like....ever.)

Is anyone going to the Cherry Blossoms Parade Sunday April 22?  I'm going as Toshiro.  It's my second time at the cosplay parade.  Here are the times:

10:00AM Costume contest check-in. (Limited to first 100 people who signed up.  Sign ups at Japan Video. Deadline is April 15.)
10:30AM Costume contest begins
12:00PM Check in for parade
1:00PM Parade begins

Everyone meets in front of San Francisco City Hall and we walk to Japantown.

Last year, I didn't sign up for the parade and I marched at the end of the line.  I signed up yesterday for '07 parade.  I'm not sure why people need to sign up anyways.

Last month I started my new job.  Can anyone help me find information on how to wear the sandals?  I'm really busy and don't have time to figure it out on my own.  I've been told wearing the sandals is not intuitive as I thought.  Thank you ^__^

aww thanks :D those Renji cosplayers seem to be outnumbered by all the Ichigos XD

oh im going to the Cherry Blossom Festival Parade next sunday too! ill be there as Renji (first time in the parade AND first time in the contest ^^)

Awww.. I would sooo go, but can't. My birthday is on monday the 23rd, so we are celebrating it on the 22nd. xD
